Shipping policy

We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. It usually takes about one to three business days for us to pack up and ship out your order.

Order times may vary depending on the speed chosen at checkout.

Please note:

• All orders placed on Holiday weekends and on week-day Holidays will ship on the next business day. For example, orders placed Friday after 11 AM EST through Monday over Labor Day weekend will be processed on Tuesday.
• Shipping times are within the continental U.S.
• All orders are shipped by USPS and therefore cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses. We observe all national holidays.
• Aqua Allure® is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as carrier issues or inclement weather. Delivery time begins when the package is picked up by the carrier, not when the shipping label is created.
• Preorder Items: If you preorder an item, you will receive an email when your order ships. If your order contains non preorder items, they will ship separately. Pre-orders cannot be canceled.
