Returns
You have 21 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

In the original packaging with tags attached

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Before sending your item back, email shop@aquaallure.com so we can confirm eligibility and, if requested, hold any exchange items.

Order number and order details
After shipping, email your order number and tracking information to shop@aquaallure.com. We cannot process returns without tracking information.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, based on your preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@aquaallure.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected for orders shipped to all U.S. states where required.
No sales tax is charged on gift cards.
